Each piece is made from carefully selected reclaimed wood and may take up to 4 weeks to shop. 

If anything arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we've got you covered with a replacement. Or your money back. 

(Custom orders are final sale. You will review a mock up before we launch the project)

What is the return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping not included. Unless there is a personalized custom aspect. Approval photos will be sent before shipping.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Custom and one-of-a-kind items are final sale. Approval photos will be sent before shipping for customs.

When will I get my order?
Most orders ship in 14 business days as they are made to order. Custom Made-to-order pieces may take up to 30 days.

Where are your products made?
All pieces are handcrafted in Phoenix or in Flagstaff AZ - using locally sourced and reclaimed materials as much as possible.

How much is shipping?
Local pickup available for free. Free delivery if within 5 miles of the shop. $25-$100 depending on distance in AZ. Out of state prices will vary.
